Energistics International was established 15 years ago and since then, a great number of projects have been completed successfully.The engineering Practice is now re-registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the name of International Consortium for Energy Management (ICEM) under the investment regulations of SAGIA, specialising in design-built of energy management systems. A significant proportion of our work comes from local consultants and developers with numerous completed projects in Middle East.
The main focus of ICEM is Energy related projects: Power Plants, District Cooling system, Thermal Energy Storage and Building Services.
In addition to our range of Building Services Engineering that we provide, we have a 'Building Design and Analysis Group' dedicated solely to Building Physics, Sustainability and Low Energy Design. Sustainability has been moving up the design process agenda over recent years. We are aware of the adverse ecological impact of buildings on the natural environment and endeavour to provide sensitive engineering solutions.
