ICEM is headed by Dr. Siva Bavan, a corporate Member of Charted Institution of Building Services Engineers and a Chartered Engineer licensed by the Engineering Council of United Kingdom.

Dr. Bavan was educated in the United Kingdom at City University/ London, Herriot Watt University/ Edinburgh and Kingston University/ London.

Dr. Bavan has been working as a Consultant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the past 27 years and has been involved in several MEP and Energy Management projects. He introduced the concept of Thermal Energy Storage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1993, and for this project his office was nominated for the Technology Award by CIBSE/UK.
